My name is Chantelle do Ros谩rio, founder and owner of Maid in Full (Est. in 2015)
I’m 41 years old and kick-ass mom to three beautiful rascals, ages 20, 15 and 10.
As a true “Momtreprenoir” [Mother + Entrepreneur + Black (not to mention Fabulous), i.e.]
I combine family life with my own companies; Maid in Full and do Ros谩rio Real Estate while also being a public (TEDx) motivational speaker.
When I’m聽not up to my elbows in motherhood, work or public speaking,
I absolutely love to cook, especially when my kids join in all the culinary fun. It’s our way of (re-)connecting.

Our story
The idea behind Maid in Full…
As an individual i wanted to be able to unfold myself but also be able to be at home with and for my family. Unfortunately, working mothers and prejudices are in line with each other, making it hard to combine career and family.
I needed time! But in order to get time, i would have to get help…
Soon the idea came to offer a support system. A service that is modular in construction and delivered to the home. A babysitter is great! But the option to combine it with someone who cleans and cooks? Is even better! A service that gives you the option to adjust and customize the services to your wishes and/or situation at all times.
Creating a perfect sanctuary, where you can find everything, relax and spend time on things that really matter.
From personal experience I know that there is a lot of demand for high-quality service-providers, so it shouldn’t be that difficult to find one, right???
Not entirely … the problem is that not everyone has the patience to go through numerous applications and vetting of people, it is a process that takes a lot of time.
The process…
As a mother, I know better than anyone how important it is to have a service-provider who is absolutely reliable. That is why I personally guide the strict selection procedure through an intake interview.
An intake interview is only successful if the service-provider meets the following requirements:
路 We have a complete profile on them.
路 The documents that the service-provider has provided correspond to the person and are accurate.
路 The service-provider is expected to submit a VOG (declaration of conduct) document.
路 The service-provider has a minimum of two years work experience.
路 The service-provider shows sufficient motivation for the work and is available for a long period of time.
路 The service-provider is fully competent.
During the intake interview, I test whether the applicant is a suitable service-provider. What I find important is: sufficient work experience, friendliness, reliability, care, initiative, strong reflective ability, a strong sense of responsibility, an enterprising and positive attitude, empathy, creativity and a flexible attitude and availability.
My goal is to help and facilitate our clients in finding the right balance by matching them with the best service-provider

Wat mij direct opviel bij het zoeken naar huishoudelijk- en persoonlijke ondersteuning is de zorgvuldige presentatie van het bedrijf en de verschillende diensten die MiF biedt ten opzichte van de rest. De prijsstelling is goed, de communicatie is prettig en duidelijk, de facturering is professioneel en online af te handelen. De ondersteuning die ik krijg in huis is goed, je ziet de ervaring en routine. Prima!
