I've requested a service-provider - What happens now?

As soon as a service-provider has accepted your request you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Sometimes it takes a little longer to find a service-provider for you, this depends on your address and the time of the request. If this is the case, we will contact you to see if you are flexible in your desired booking date and/or time. We may then be able to connect you to a service-provider more quickly.

Do i need to be home during service delivery?

For the first visit we insist that you are there to get acquainted with the service-provider, show him/her the house and give instructions.

Can i trust my service-provider with the keys to my home?

Of course you can give the service-provider a key. Many of our clients give their key to the Homemanager if they  for example have a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. We encourage you to coordinate future appointments with your service-provider before handing over your keys. In addition, our advice is to sign this document together to confirm key collection.

Do I have to have (cleaning) products/materials at home?

Yes, it is the intention that the client has all the necessary resources in-house.
We recommend to have the following cleaning products and cleaning materials at home:
1 vacuum cleaner
1 mop
4 cleaning wipes
1 feather duster
1 scratch-free sponge
Toilet cleaner
Bathroom cleaner (Limescale remover)
All-purpose cleaner
Degreaser

For the additional services we recommend the following resources:
Window cleaning (inside): Glass cleaner, window wipes
Cleaning oven: Oven cleaner, sponge

Payments
Pricing

The service-providers who work via our platform determine their own hourly rate. As a client you can therefore choose in which price category you are looking for a service-provider. You will then only be linked to service-providers that fall within the price category you select.

When do i pay for the service?

You will receive a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly digital invoice from us on behalf of your service-provider weekly that you must pay within 7 days.

My service has been delivered but I have not yet received an invoice - how can I pay?

Payment will not be processed until your service-provider has confirmed that the appointment actually took place. Usually the service-provider does this immediately after the appointment, but sometimes it can take a little longer, depending on the help/service. Contact your service-provider and ask the provider to confirm the appointment.

Can i pay in cash?

No – all service-providers are paid via the website and they do not accept cash.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find and download your invoices in PDF format in your personal profile after service delivery.

Are you charged for travel/parking expenses?

Service-providers choose in which neighborhood(s) or city they want to work so that they do not have to travel long, but depending on the distance/service-provider/service, costs can be discussed and is always in consultation with the client.

Does the invoice show the VAT/BTW separately?

Depending on the service this may show on your invoice
The service-providers (for example the cleaning Maids) work via the Dienstverlening aan Huis regeling and do not have to charge VAT according to these regulations. This is therefore not shown on the invoice.
Unless the service-provider is delivering service for more than 3 days a week or  delivering service to a business.

Which payment options does Maid in Full offer?

You can easily pay with credit card, Paypal, direct debit or iDeal. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay on account or with cash.

How can I register as a service-provider on the Maid in Full platform?

You can register by going to www.maidinfull.nl and clicking on “Join us”. Follow all steps to complete your registration. We look forward to your registration.

How much does a service-provider earn?

This depends on the services provided.

Maids for example work through Maid in Full  as private individuals for private individuals, according to the de Regeling Dienstverlening aan Huis. Since service-providers themselves determine their hourly rate, they also choose what their earnings are. The service-providers pay a commission to Maid in Full for receiving new customers, online payment options, the personal customer service that is ready for them and the insurance of any material damage resulting from providing the services.

What support do you give the service-providers?

We help service-providers with questions about bookings during and outside office hours. In addition, we do our utmost to ensure that they are treated with respect and paid on time.

How does MaidinFull.nl work?
What is Maid in Full?

Maid in Full is specialized in the field of online (service-provider) booking.

Through our online platform you can book a variety of reliable service-providers. Before the service-providers can get started via our platform, they have been extensively tested to guarantee quality, reliability and insurance coverage for clients.

Who are the service-providers?

Service-providers work via the Maid in Full platform as private/self-employed/businesses and  individuals in households, depending on the type of services rendered. They work independently and when providing cleaning it is in accordance with the Regeling Dienstverlening aan Huis. All service-providers working through Maid in Full are screened and in possession of a Declaration on Behavior (VOG). Some service-providers are already in possession of a recent VOG when they join us. For other service-providers, a VOG request is started when joining us. The service-providers must also hand in a copy of a valid proof of identity.

How does the booking process work?

If you book through Maid in Full, a request will be sent to the cservice-provider in your area with the details of the booking. As soon as a service-provider accepts the booking, you will receive an e-mail with his or her contact details. Before the service delivery takes place, you can contact your service provider to discuss certain issues or special requests.

Important to know: If you make a weekly or biweekly booking then you have a minimum purchase obligation of 3 months. For a weekly booking that is equal to 10 cleaning appointments, for a biweekly booking that is equal to 5 cleaning appointments. Amendments are still possible within this period. Do you want to try Maid in Full first? Then we recommend a one-time booking.

Payment will take place after the booking. Your service-provider must confirm that the booking has actually taken place. When this is confirmed, the payment will be processed and the amount will be debited from the payment method you have chosen.

Is Maid in Full available in my Area?

Maid in Full is active in these Cities:

But upon request we can start a search for a service-provider in your area, please take into consideration that it may take more time to find a suitable service-provider in your area.

What is the difference between a cleaning company and agency?

Maid in Full is not a cleaning company, but a platform that connects private cleaning aids and other service-providers with households. Based on various criteria, we select the right service-providers for you from your area. All service-providers working through Maid in Full are screened and in possession of a Declaration on Behavior (VOG). They also provide a copy of a valid proof of identity. Some service-providers are already in possession of a recent VOG when they join us. For other service-providers, a VOG request is started when they join us.

Do you also provide services to offices/businesses?

Yes we do!
We work closely with various partners who fill the various services we offer to our clients.

Are the cleaning Maids insured in case of damage?

Yes, in the case of damage, you can rest assured that you are protected against high costs. All cleaning Maids are covered by our liability insurance, which compensates damages above € 350 and up to € 5,000,000. In case of damage of less than € 350, you can of course always contact the responsible cleaning Maid directly to discuss the compensation for the damage. You can find the telephone number of your cleaning Maid in the e-mail you received prior to the appointment.
To guarantee a smooth compensation for damages above € 350, we kindly ask you to complete our claim form and return it to us.

Providing us with feedback
How can I leave a review on my service-provider?

We find your feedback very important, this helps us and our service-providers to get better at what we do. However, leaving feedback is only possible through e-mail as of now. After every (first) service delivery you will receive an e-mail from us asking about your experience with our customer-service/service-providers/partners. Your review can be used as a testimonial on our website

My service-provider does not meet my expectations - what can I do?

We encourage communication between service-provider and client. Often, having a conversation about the problem can lead to a solution. Speaking your expectations to your service-provider can ensure that he or she does a lot better next time. If you do not come to a suitable solution, please feel free to contact us. In that case, we look at what we can do for you and may look for another suitable help from your area

Do you have a weekly or biweekly booking and are you not completely satisfied with your service-provider? Please let us know so that we can find a replacement for you that meets your needs. This is particularly important if you are still within the minimum purchase obligation of 3 months.

Can i request a particular service-provider?

Yes you can!
Depending on your own schedule and the availability of the service-provider, you can request his or her help (again).

Is the quality of service (service-providers) being monitored?

All feedback from our clients is kept very well. Feedback can be given on 3 factors: quality of service, communication, and reliability. The Maid in Full service team is there specifically for our service-providers, in order to keep track of and discuss all feedback and to ensure that we only have the best service-providers active on our platform.

How can I recommend Maid in Full to friends?

Your personal recommendation code will be sent to you as soon as you have registered on the Maid in Full website. You can also view your personal recommendation code by logging in to your Maid in Full account. You can find the code on the homepage under the “Tell my friends about Maid in Full” section.

What do you do with my personal data and how is this stored?

Your personal data is stored securely on our servers that are only used by Maid in Full. We will never sell your data to third parties. The only people who have your personal information are Maid in Full, yourself, and your service-provider. The payment provider Adyen also protects your payment details You can view our privacy statement for more information.

Why do you need my bank details?

Whether you make a first booking or have a discount code, we always need your payment details. This way we can ensure that payments are also made for future bookings.

What are booking notes used for and who can view it?

The booking notes can be used for all information that you want to share related to your requested services(s). All service-providers where the service(s) is offered have access to the content of the note. Please do not share confidential information in these notes. When a service-provider has accepted the booking, you have the possibility to contact him or her via telephone.

Can I book for the next day?

Yes you can, but Only in Amsterdam

What is not included in a cleaning booking via Maid in Full?

Everyone has different expectations for cleaning, so we advise you to discuss all (special) wishes with the cleaning Maid in question. This ensures clarity in the assistance and ultimately a better result.

The following tasks do not normally fit within a household cleaning:

– Cleaning of ceilings, windows and other surfaces outside the normal range

– Cleaning of sun protection and ceiling fans

– Cleaning of deep stains, rubbish of a pet and other large dirt

– Removing mold

– Steam cleaning and/or carpet cleaning

– Lifting heavy objects (such as furniture)

– Cleaning or maintenance of outside area such as garages, terraces and gardens

– Cleaning the exterior for example walls and windows

What does a basic cleaning consist of?

Everyone has different expectations for cleaning, so we advise to discuss all (special) wishes with the cleaning Maid in question. This ensures clarity in the assistance and ultimately a better result. Below are some examples of household tasks that could be performed:

A standard cleaning consists of:

In all rooms:

– The cleaning of all accessible areas

– Wiping surfaces and workplaces

– Cleaning mirrors

– Vacuuming

– Mopping

– Take out the trash

Kitchen:

– Cleaning the stove

– Cleaning the exterior of ovens and microwave ovens

– Cleaning workplaces

– Dusting off of kitchen appliances (coffee maker etc.)

– Cleaning the outside of the kitchen cabinets

Bathroom:

– Cleaning of shower and bath

– Cleaning of washbasin

– Cleaning of WC

Bedroom:

– Make a bed (in consultation change of bed linen)

– Dusting off of electrical appliances

Living room & other rooms:

– Dusting off of all furniture

– Dusting off of electrical appliances

What should I do if my service-provider does not show up?

If your service-provider does not show up, please contact your service-provider by telephone (you will receive an email with all the information about the service-provider in advance of your booking). Adjusting your booking
I accidentally made a booking - how can I cancel my booking?

Please e-mail us to cancel the following:

A not yet confirmed request
A separate appointment (or several separate appointments)
All future appointments (entire booking)

If you cancel the booking less than 24 hours before the start of the cleaning, we must unfortunately charge a cancellation fee of 1 hour of service. Do you have a weekly or bi-weekly booking and have you not yet completed the minimum purchase obligation of 3 months? Then you will be charged a cancellation fee of € 50.

How can I change the time and/or date of my one-time booking?

You can change the date or time of a one-time booking by sending us an e-mail.

My (cleaning) Maid is going on vacation - how can I make sure there is a replacement?

If your (cleaning) Maid goes on vacation, we will send you an e-mail with a clear statement when your Maid will be unavailable, also your maid will discuss this prior to leaving for vacation. We will send you an e-mail asking if you want another Maid on those dates. When your Maid has indicated a holiday you will receive a notification if your appointment falls during this holiday.

When your current help leaves Maid in Full and all bookings have been canceled, you can submit an application for a new service-provider by sending us an e-mail.

Do I have to pay cancellation fees if I cancel a booking?

If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the start of the service, an hour of cleaning costs will be charged. If you cancel before that time, there are no costs involved. Please note that if you cancel a weekly/biweekly booking after 1 appointment, we will charge the price for a one-time cleaning.

For weekly and bi-weekly bookings, a minimum purchase obligation of three months applies. If you reschedule or cancel an appointment within the period of 3 months, we will give you an extra month (30 days) to allow these service appointments to be carried out by your service-provider.

How can I change my address, e-mail address or mobile number?

You can change your contact data by logging into your Maid in Full account.
To make changes to your personal details you will have to enter your password again.

Your address can only be changed by customer service. You can give your new address by sending an e-mail to info@maidinfull.nl.

I would like to make a booking for more than one address - how can I add an address to my Maid in Full account?

What happens if my service-provider requires more or less time?

If for example your cleaning Maid requires more or less time than the original appointment, we will be happy to adjust this for you. Your cleaning Maid will also provide us with the accurate amount of hours. He or she can therefore indicate that they have worked shorter or longer than booked. If the service-provider indicates that they have worked for (example) more than half an hour, the client must first confirm this.

Is there a minimum number of bookings that I have to purchase or are I stuck with a subscription?

No, you are completely free to try Maid in Full once. You can do this by making a one-time booking on our website.

Once you are convinced of your service-provider you can choose to make a weekly or bi-weekly booking. Weekly and bi-weekly bookings have a minimum purchase obligation of three months. This means that within three months you will have to purchase 10 bookings (with a weekly booking) or 5 (cleaning) appointments (with a biweekly booking) before you can cancel free of charge.

We understand that you like to be flexible from time to time, and it is therefore possible to change, cancel or cancel individual appointments within your weekly or biweekly booking.
If you want to do this, your minimum purchase obligation will be extended by a maximum of one month. Do you want to skip an appointment? Then you get extra time to make the appointment.

If you choose to cancel your booking before the end of the minimum purchase obligation of three months, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the remaining bookings (with a maximum of € 50).
